The Behavioural Drivers Model (BDM) is a framework developed by UNICEF to inform social and behavior change initiatives by the organization and its partners, primarily in application within an NGO setting.

The BDM is arguably the most comprehensive model of  behavioral influences. It draws from at least 25 other behavioral or sociological frameworks, attempting to synthesize them into an exhaustive list of determinants of human behavior.

The BDM contains three major components: psychology, sociology, and environment. Under each, drivers of behavior are organized at two levels of granularity (1 and 2). Level 1 drivers are more basic principles or areas of influence on behavior, whereas Level 2 lists more than 130 specific subcomponents of these.
